Fire Department

So, my neighbors are crazy and passive aggressive. Since we have moved into the house, two times they have banged on their windows when we were socializing in the backyard between the hours of 10pm and 12pm so that we would be quiet. These were weekend nights.

Tonight we had a BBQ. At 9pm we decided to make a fire in our fire pit and make s'mores. At 9:35 I was about to roast a marshmallow when I heard a loud engine-like noise coming from the front of the house. I walked out front to see what it was and low and behold, it was a fire truck. The firemen informed us that "the neighbors" had complained about a fire in our backyard. Since we only have one set of neighbors (one house is vacant), we knew who had called 911 about the fire. It was the psychos from next door. After checking out the fire and laughing about how psycho our neighbors are, the firemen proceeded to hang out for 20 minutes and have dessert with us. While eating dessert, I saw the neighbors peeking through their blinds to see what the firement were doing. I am sure they were even more angry after the firemen didn't scold us and instead, had dessert with us! ha ha ha.
